The member shall be ordinary in the Assembly if he or she commits to payment of membership fees.
The ordinary member of the Assembly shall:
Payment of annual contribution to the Assembly in the amount of (…….) Riyal.
Cooperate with the Association and its officials to achieve its objectives.
Failure to do any order that would cause harm to the association.
Adherence to General Assembly resolutions.
An ordinary member is entitled to the following:
The right to attend and vote in the General Assembly.
Receive basic information about the association’s activities periodically.
Access to financial records and documents at the Association’s headquarters.
Invite the General Assembly to hold an extraordinary meeting in solidarity with 25% of the members who have the right to attend the General Assembly.
The right to be represented by a member in writing in the General Assembly in accordance with the provisions of article XXI of the Implementing Regulations of the NGO System. “

Each member of the Assembly shall:

The specific contribution shall be paid according to the type of membership to which he belongs. He shall not be entitled to exercise any of his rights in the event of a breach of the contribution payment. The terms of the contribution shall be as follows:

Membership participation shall be performed once a year, or on the basis of a monthly schedule and at the request of the member and as decided by the Governing Council, taking into account the following:
Annual contribution must be made before the end of the financial year.
A member shall not be exempt from payment of amounts due to him in the Assembly if his membership expires.
If a member joins the Assembly during the fiscal year, the participation shall only result in a proportion equivalent to the remainder of the Assembly’s fiscal year.
The Council may grant outstanding members of the Assembly until the date of the convening of the nearest General Assembly.

The membership of the member shall be waived on the recommendation of the Board of Directors after approval of the General Assembly in any of the following cases:

Withdrawal from the Assembly, at the written request of the member to the Governing Council, does not preclude the Assembly’s right to claim any dues or funds under its hands.
Death.
If it loses a requirement of membership.
If the member is overdue in the performance of the contribution, in accordance with Article XII.
If the General Assembly decides to withdraw membership, in any of the following cases:
If the member has acted in a manner likely to cause material or moral harm to the association.
